About us

Lawyer Alessandra Zotti

Alessandra Zotti has matured long experience as an internal lawyer for leading Italian companies, and subsequently as a partner in a business consultancy firm. At present, she is a legal consultant in the legal firm that takes her name, offering concrete support to SMEs, assisting them in their ordinary and extraordinary work.
Alessandra Zotti mainly operates in Northern Italy as a legal partner for companies, guaranteeing clients the same reliability, proximity and overall vision that an internal company consultant would have, united with the resolving skills of an expert with wider and more articulated experience. Since 2019 she has been local partner for Veneto of Nexta - Business Professionals, a company composed of lawyers and accountants whose mission is to support family SMEs in their extraordinary needs offering them a team of over 60 specialized experts throughout central-northern Italy.
Alessandra Zotti has organized and participated in many seminars and conferences speaking on international contracts and technology transfer.

Doctor Guido Corsi

Guido Corsi is a consultant with long experience in assisting SMEs, particularly companies operating with foreign markets, through consultancy in national and international contract law and corporate and commercial law. He has acquired extensive experience in contracts and corporate secretaryship, working in the legal department of companies, including multinationals.
He has participated in many seminars and conferences speaking on international contracts and technology transfer. He has also collaborated with some specialized magazines and Il Sole 24Ore (the most important financial newspaper in Italy).
He has been working with Alessandra Zotti for some years, supporting her in her role of legal consultant for SMEs, offering them concrete help, providing an overview of particular issues closer to that of a manager of the company itself, rather than that of an external consultant.

Alessandra Zotti is a Specialist Member of NEXTA, a legal, fiscal, tax and business consultancy company. NEXTA is the result of the merger of various independent professional firms, historically linked to SMEs in central-northern Italy but established throughout the country.
